I am Paul Hicks and I am a Cheltonian through and through. With over 35 years’ experience in the taxi and private car hire industry, I decided to strike out on my own and provide a professional but personal service.

I say on my own, but I have put together a team of experienced drivers, all of them born and bred in Cheltenham, so true Cheltonians too.

All of the team are DBS checked and have NVQ level 2 certificates, a requirement of our industry. They are always smartly turned out and reflect my high standards of customer service at all times.

Great, prompt service! We used Cheltionian Taxis last week from the Races up to the Midlands and the service was first class. We were given clear instructions as to where to meet after the races and we were met on time which was great noting how busy the are was. We will definitely be using this firm again, thanks.

Will be using Cheltonion Taxis in the future! Got let down by local company with them not turning up. Contacted Cheltonian taxis who were more than happy to help out at short notice. Have booked them again for return journey. Very helpful and polite and a very clean vehicle. Price was cheaper than original taxi ordered. So after panicking where I was let down, in fact they did me a favour as wouldn't have used Cheltonion taxis.

Great Service! I booked two trips in advance from Australia with Cheltenham Airport Transfers - Coventry Train Station to Cheltenham, and Cheltenham to Hampton Court. Both worked brilliantly. Communication was excellent, Paul was on time, efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and a great driver in less than brilliant weather. I can’t fault the service. Thanks a million. I hope I get a chance to use it again.

Fantastic service. For a group of 4 of us it wasn't worth hiring a car. Great door to door service. The driver was waiting in the airport Terminal when we arrived and we just got straight into taxi. Great time saver and also great if you are less mobile.
